LaNora is a noted speaker and has been holding conferences and seminars since 1984. She is President of FountainGate Intl and founder of FountainGate Institute and has 30 years of ministry and counseling experience. She also serves on the board of director's for Fountain of Life Fellowship in Gilbert, Arizona.

Melanie Ross is a Certified Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute. She is skilled in many coaching techniques that produce clarity and results. She has extensive experience in the mental health field and crisis intervention.
